Sound Transit will open the Pinehurst Station in North Seattle on Wednesday, Sept. 30, connecting communities near Northeast 130th Street to 1 and 2 Line light rail service. Trains will arrive every four to five minutes, and the station is expected to serve about 3,400 daily riders.

The station is located between Northgate and Shoreline South/148th and will include connections to King County Metro bus service, pedestrian and bicycle routes, and passenger drop-off areas.
