Henderson Justice Court is adding a fourth department to meet the demands of its growing population. Attorneys Michael Allmon, John Cory, Harvey Gruber, and Trent Richards are competing to be the first judge seated in Dept. 4.

Henderson Justice Court hears landlord and tenant disputes, civil disputes, small claims under $15,000, and issues civil temporary protective orders. On the criminal side, the court holds preliminary hearings and adjudicates misdemeanors.
