HAMPTON — The owners of the North Beach Motel are seeking approval to demolish the existing building and replace it with a 12‑unit motel featuring parking underneath and a rooftop café.

Tyler LaRoche of North Beach Hotel, LLC will go before the town Zoning Board on June 18, seeking relief from several sections of the town zoning ordinance, including front and side setbacks, permitted uses, and restrictions on expanding nonconforming structures.
