NorthWestern Energy doesn’t have to turn over more information about data centers at this point as part of a proposed $15.4 billion merger with Black Hills Corp.

Tuesday, the Montana Public Service Commission voted 3-2 to approve a staff recommendation to reject motions to compel the monopoly utility to provide details about its planned service to data centers.
