The long-awaited Edmonds New Start Center will open before the end of this month.

Snohomish County and YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish will host an opening celebration and community showcase Monday, June 29, at 22127 Hwy 99. A program and ribbon cutting is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Public tours and a resource fair will start at 12:30 p.m. and run until 2:30 p.m.
