The Pasco City Council will vote Monday on applying to be annexed into the Franklin Conservation District.

'The city is currently missing out on some of the district’s services and programs.

Pasco property owners would pay new rates and charges if the city is annexed into the district — $5 per parcel plus $0.10 per acre per year in property tax, starting as soon as January 2027.
