The Iowa Board of Medicine has issued a warning to a physician accused of cultivating an inappropriate relationship with a patient.

The board recently charged Raymond M. Tamburro with unprofessional conduct in violation of Iowa Administrative Code 481-655.5 (4). That rule speaks to “sexual conduct” and prohibits “contact, touching or comments of a sexual nature with a patient.”
