PORTSMOUTH — Development company Martini Northern is proposing to build a market-rate, 15-unit apartment building off Ledgewood Drive near Portsmouth High School.

Joseph Coronati of Jones & Beach Engineers Inc., explained developers have the property at 0 Lafayette Road “under agreement” with St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, the current owner.
