PORTSMOUTH — The City Council is scheduled to hold a series of public hearings at its Aug. 3 meeting focused on a number of important capital projects.

City Manager Karen Conard said all of the projects were “identified to begin in (fiscal year 2027), which need bonding authority and resolutions.” The projects were presented as part of the most recent capital improvement plan, she said.
