PORTSMOUTH — Former Toyota of Portsmouth owner James Boyle has filed a new lawsuit against the city, seeking damages from a city sewer line on his property and the flooding he contends it causes.

The lawsuit, which was filed recently in Rockingham County Superior Court by Boyle’s longtime attorney John Kuzinevich, is part of a 16-year legal dispute between Boyle and the city.
