PORTSMOUTH — The new owner of the former Portsmouth Brewery building on Market Street plans to open a restaurant at the prime downtown site.

Mark Gianniny of Portsmouth Architects, who represented Party of Five Hospitality LLC at a recent city Historic District Commission meeting, stated the owner is “looking to keep the program elements or the use basically similar" as the former brewery.
