LYME — During Saturday’s floor meeting, voters rejected an article proposing to raise $100,000 to continue to remove materials from a property located at 116 Dorchester Road.

The issue failed via secret ballot vote, 64-86.

In another secret ballot vote, Lyme voters approved, 94-61, a measure to authorize the Conservation Commission to convey a conservation easement on the 425-acre town forest to a qualifying organization.
