ROCHESTER — Executive Director Cora-Lynn Hoppe led Democratic state legislators on a tour of the Rochester Child Care Center Oct. 15, stating state and federal funding cuts are causing deep concerns about its continued success.

As the center approaches its 50th anniversary in February 2026, Hoppe said she spends much of her time chasing money to keep the center open.
