ROCHESTER — Mayor Chuck Grassie plans to create a mayor's task force to tackle the issue of youth mental health.

To coincide with May being Mental Health Awareness Month, Grassie announced at the April 21 city council meeting the formation of his "Mayor's Task Force on Youth Mental Health." He immediately appointed Councilor Chuck Creteau to chair the task force.
