ROCHESTER — Mark Sullivan, the city's director of finance, said Rochester has received its first payment of gaming proceeds from the Lilac Club Casino.

Sullivan said the city received $37,111 for 2025. Speaking during a Feb. 10 Rochester Finance Committee meeting, Sullivan said he anticipates 2026 will bring $75,000 to $85,000 in casino revenue for the city coffers.
