ROCHESTER — Facing a court date on Jan. 26, the Rochester School District sent denial notices to about a half dozen parties, including Foster's Daily Democrat, that filed Right to Know law requests for the investigative report into former Superintendent Annie Azarloza.

The report was the basis for a separation agreement between Azarloza and the district, specific details of which have not been released.
