COLUMBIA — South Carolina voters return to the polls Tuesday to decide who advances to the November general election for three statewide contests, two congressional races and several Statehouse seats.

Precincts open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the primary runoffs. Anyone still in line at 7 p.m. will be able to cast a vote.
