Single-family home sales hit a record low in the Seacoast in February, a sharp decline after a record-setting median sales price the prior month.

Only 22 single-family homes were sold last month, the fewest for any month in the 16 years the Seacoast Board of Realtors has been tracking sales. The median sales price dropped nearly 35%, from $1,087,500 in January to $710,000 in February.
