Beginning at 8 a.m., April 17, select entrances and roads in Yellowstone National Park will open for the summer season, weather permitting, as part of the annual spring opening, the park said Wednesday.

In a news release, Yellowstone said its North Entrance in Gardiner and West Entrance in West Yellowstone will open on April 17.

From either entrance, visitors may access the following destinations, the park said:

Mammoth Hot Springs
Lamar Valley
Norris Geyser …
