MEDORA – Members of Congress rarely agree on anything, but North Dakota Sen. Kevin Cramer, a Republican, and New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, a Democrat, agreed the new Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library in Medora can be a place for healing.
