The median price for single-family homes sold in Strafford County in August jumped to $585,000, an increase from $549,500 in July.

Adam Dean, principal broker/partner of Duston Leddy Real Estate said the market "just feels like it's kind of plateauing." He said if a home is priced correctly, there will be multiple offers, but if "someone's trying to push the price," it'll sit for a little bit.
