Carrie Kellerman, president of the Strafford County Board of Realtors, said the county's single-family home median sales price was $551,000 in May, an increase from $503,400 in April.

Condo sales in Strafford County represented some of the highest- and lowest-priced homes sold for the month, with the median price rising to $405,000.
