COLUMBIA — The body of the Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. will lie in state in the South Carolina Statehouse next week.

At the request of the Jackson family, members of the public will be able to pay their respects to the civil rights icon and two-time Democratic presidential hopeful on Monday, March 2.
