WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — Andrew Winter, who’s been executive director of Twin Pines Housing for the past 14 years, will retire within the year.
Andrew Winter became head of the White River Junction-based affordable housing nonprofit organization in 2012. He will likely stay in his role until the organization’s board of trustees hires his successor, according to a news release.
