For the second time in a week, U.S. Attorney for Minnesota Daniel Rosen appeared before a federal judge after being summoned to explain why he should not be held in contempt for the federal government’s repeated violations of court orders.

U.S. District Judge John Tunheim called Rosen to his courtroom in Minneapolis on Thursday along with Assistant U.S. Attorney David Fuller and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement official for a “show cause” hearing
