Despite two gubernatorial appointments, Adam Kissel’s time on the University of West Florida Board of Trustees likely won’t last.

Monday, Kissel declined to appear during the final scheduled Senate Ethics and Elections Committee meeting of the legislative session.

Kissel, a fellow at the Heritage Foundation and a West Virginia resident, caught questions from lawmakers last year and this year about past stances about privatizing public education and critiques of the GI bill.
