The City of Waterloo is facing a lawsuit over alleged attempts by police officers to conceal a colleague’s drunken driving that contributed to a fatality.

The family of Jenna Marie Mills is suing the City of Waterloo, along with Waterloo police officers Robert Duncan, Adam Gilbaugh, Matthew Woodward and Jacob Zars, in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.
