ROCHESTER − This week's announcement by Easterseals that its adult day care services in Rochester will close has Strafford County officials concerned about the future of the region's most vulnerable residents.

Easterseals sent a letter announcing that as of Oct. 17, they will discontinue operations of their Adult Day programs in Manchester and Rochester and discontinue Homemaker and Personal Care Services across New Hampshire.
