The United Auto Workers will now count workers at Webasto Detroit, a German-based supplier that builds hard top roofs primarily for Ford Broncos, among their ranks after employees voted 276-133 in a National Labor Relations Board election.

Webasto Detroit’s workers had been organizing for nearly three years before the election took place in March. Workers had complained of favoritism, bullying by management, overwork and scheduling issues, leading them to seek unionization.
