The West Virginia House of Delegates unanimously adopted a resolution Monday morning recognizing and honoring the life of Del. Larry Kump, who died over the weekend.

Kump, who was 78 years old, represented Berkeley County in the state House of Delegates for nearly 10 years through three separate tenures (2010-2014, 2018-2020 and 2022 til his death). In January, Kump filed to seek reelection to his seat in the House.
