As the future of The Greenbrier resort remains uncertain, attorneys for U.S. Sen. Jim Justice, R-W.Va., filed an amended complaint in Greenbrier County Circuit Court on Thursday alleging that TRT Holdings orchestrated a conspiracy to “snatch” the property from the Justice family.
