WV Senate passes bill requiring coverage of hair preservation device for chemo patients

The West Virginia Senate has signed off on a bill meant to help cancer patients retain their hair during chemotherapy treatment.

The Senate approved House Bill 4089 with a vote of 33 to 1 and no discussion. Sen. Mike Azinger, R-Wood, was the lone no vote on the bill.
