Dozens of young West Virginians rallied outside the state Capitol in Charleston, West Virginia, Tuesday, asking lawmakers to pass a bill that would support anti-tobacco efforts in the state.

Participants in the Tobacco Free Day rally donned ponchos and carried umbrellas in support of House Bill 5108, which would allocate a portion of interest from the state’s Rainy Day B fund towards anti-smoking efforts.
